Could it be true that temperatures reach -10C in Northern France through the winter or my friend is merely over exaggerating?

Yes, that can happen some times. It can obtain colder than that.

That is true for most European countries, and
frequently the temperature could be much colder.

What may i do in my own 3 hr 10 min layover in narita airport terminal?
I will be likely to Hong Kong on may 23 and will be laying over at narita for 3 hr
and 10 min. I’ll reach 3:20pm and depart at 6:30. I realize from other articles that I cannot venture out and explore narita because of insufficient time therefore what
can I do specifically to burn enough time?
What restaurants should I check out? These days, there is great buying in Narita
Airport terminal with “normal” prices. I believe big Japanese
merchants see their NRT shops as a branding physical
exercise rather than opportunity to to exploit captive customers.

There is definitely Mujirushi, Uniqlo, and
so forth. There are several decent bars with reasonably priced draft beer after protection on the departures aspect.

Visitors to Japan used to buy cameras and electronics.

Nowadays, people to Japan gotta purchase a hoodie and some stationary.
