Definately worth going even if the traffic is packed at the causeway.
Very nice and cheap food! Nasi lemak is highly recommended. Do get there earlier to avoid dinner crowd. I am sure you’ll prefer to get the better seats to enjoy your food too!

Why so inferior complex? If it’s about food, comment on food. Leave out the politics. Think Malaysia big deal? No need to use sarcastic remarks.

  5. bobopapa says:

Huh wat tok you? I tok nasi lemak simi politics? Take it easy lar

Countries, big or small, must exist in harmony. Harsh words only reveal the upbringing, or the lack of it. Apa ” the arrogant of Singapore” mentioned by the blogger, ” forget about eating in Newton…” by MatrixIV showed immaturity and ill upbringing. Very narrow mind, like tunnel vision. I pity them. Because, their wayward thinking affect themselves negatively, no one else. People like that can never progress in life.

Everyone has different value meter, outlook in life affected by education, environment, etc. I love Senibong just as much as I love Newton. Each have it’s own virtues. If Newton so lousy, then people eat there must be stupid ? I bet with anyone that out of 10 tourists, 8 would have heard of Newton or ate there. Can anyone say the same for Senibong? Think before talking.

hmmm… look who’s the arrogant one here. If not for the many Singaporeans spending their money there, this ulu little kampung will still be in the stone age and not spriced up like it is now. So keep YOUR arrogant ungrateful comments to yourself.

  16. Maya says:

I just went there late last night after many recommendations. No regrets. Great food, ambience and reasonable price, though must have the patience to wait for the food. For those first timers, I recommend using a GPS to reach there. It will lead u there spot on fast n safely.

Thank you to the blogger our family managed to find the place kg senibong. Went to No 6 restaurant at the Malay restaurants. You pay RM2 parking. Look for Permas Jaya signboard all the way from Stulang Laut. You’ll pass the old Istana then all the way until the Permas overhead bridge take the exit. If you see Jaya Jusco then you pass it. If done so, easy just take the next exit to Senibong cove make the turn back. Glad I found your site with map, no need to use GPS it’s pretty easy. Food great but a bit pricey than KL by 20-30%. But you pay just as well for the locality I guess since it’s by the straits. Next time maybe will not take the crab but have to say it’s good. Comparable to Salut or Gayang in KK:-)
